Thursday, July 7, 2011. Happy 4th of July! Happy and dirty baby! Caleb was decorating his bike for the children's parade. Clay Jr. decorated Emma James' bike for the parade and pushed her in it. Some of the best friends a girl could ask for! Emma James didn't really care about the fireworks, she just wanted to go to sleep!

Friday, March 26, 2010. From Four Months to Four Years. But for now, she waited. Waited for someone to answer God's call to lift her from the pit and put a crown on her head. Someone to do something for her, anything, to comfort her in her time of need. Does anybody hear her, can anybody see? And now, yet another March 26th has come and she's four. Now she knows! Thursday, July 30, 2009. New) Another Day at Children’s Hospital … Pictures Added. The adenoids are a single clump of tissue in the back of the nose (nasopharynx). They are located (in the adult) on the back wall of the throat (pharynx).about one inch above the uvula (the little teardrop shaped piece of tissue that hangs down in the middle of the soft palate).
