I finished my second session this afternoon - tackling the step mill again and finishing off on the elliptical! One more day down! Here are a few things I am thankful for this week:. Sunday, March 8, 2009. After getting a nice long sleep Friday night, I awoke early to go for a 45 minute swim. Later, my daughter and I went to my posing class at Andre's house. He's my posing coach (see left photo) and "kick my butt" friend. Everyone needs friends to yell at you to "suck it in and blow it out" like he does!
