A journey of discovery. Sunday, April 18, 2010. Booze and antibiotics dont mix! After a nasty bout of sinus, a trip to the doctor and a host of pills I stupidly had a glass of wine with them. Big mistake! Had a really nasty reaction to it and spent almost a week off sick in bed. Nearly landed up in the emergency room as well! Entrails are making their appearance again on the bathroom mat, the cats appetites are mysteriously waning and its getting colder by the day. Autumn always brings many things to the midlands - besides the gorgeous clear days (before the burning season begins), changing colours that take your breath away and of course an increase or decrease in the rodent population. Mind the rats they kill, but we usually rescue the little field mice.

For a long time I have willingly taken the pills prescribed for me for my depression, ongoing kidney problems and insomnia. Not questioning what I shovel in, I've been quite oblivious actually to what I am taking. The other day feeling like crap, I didn't.
