Our Little Family: Freezing in February
http://thebisseys.blogspot.com/2016/08/freezing-in-february.html
Wednesday, August 3, 2016. We got a huuuuge snow in February. The one thing about Nebraska winters is the temperature never seemed to get above 30 degrees at any point between November and March. It made for a really cold season, and the snow didn't go away. I thought I liked cold weather better, but I found out I'm more of a spring and fall type of person. :). One of my favorite outfits for Sam. Overalls are just so cute on little kids. Fell asleep drinking his milk. A bumblebee - bzzzz! Gibbons, I think.

Craftie Creations: August 2010
http://craftiecreation.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Tuesday, August 10, 2010. These are a couple of cards that I made. The first set were for my classmates at my last school. This one was for a very special niece who turned 3 this year. :). The next set of pictures were stamped mini-scrapbook albums my husband and I made for our 3 moms this last mother's day. The first group of three pictures is for my step-mom. They all turned out really cute. I need to make myself one. :). This last group of pictures is the one I made for my mom. Friday, August 6, 2010.

Craftie Creations: February 2011
http://craftiecreation.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 2, 2011. I have more pictures somewhere of the other cards I made, but I can't think of where I put them. So, to start off, here are some miniature cards I made for my co-workers. A wine-bottle hat and scarf topper. And hats I made for my nieces. These turned out much better than I planned on. I may have to make some for myself. :). Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Craftie Creations: Recent Creations
http://craftiecreation.blogspot.com/2010/08/recent-creations.html
Thursday, August 5, 2010. Here are some of the projects I've done lately. Not much with going to school and working, but at least I have gotten a little done. :). This is a prayer shawl I created. I love the color and the fringe. This one I will hold onto until someone needs it. I like creating these to give to people who could use prayer and comfort in their life. This is a better picture of the edging and design. The corner-to-corner creates a look similar to basket weave. This Is The Day. I will do my...

Our Little Family: June 2016
http://thebisseys.blogspot.com/2016_06_01_archive.html
Thursday, June 30, 2016. One day it wasn't as warm (it was only 87 degrees), so we decided to head to the zoo. I didn't take many pictures, but we all had a lot of fun. It's a pretty nice zoo, I would say right up there with Denver. I don't think I've ever seen a peacock with its tail-feathers out like this. A zoo worker said it was still a teenager, so maybe he was just practicing. There were no other peacocks or peahens around, and no one was bothering it. It was an interesting sight to see. I think th...

Craftie Creations: Flowers, and sculptures, and treats. Oh my!
http://craftiecreation.blogspot.com/2010/08/flowers-and-sculptures-and-treats-oh-my.html
Friday, August 6, 2010. Flowers, and sculptures, and treats. Oh my! Here are a few of the different crafts I've done involving flowers, clay, and fun treats. I was a part of a small group of students over the last year. For the last night of class, I made these chalkboard picture frames for them. They didn't turn out quite as well as I wanted, but they are fun. A fall wreath I made. Again, I love this arrangement and the bright fall colors. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Our Little Family: September 2015
http://thebisseys.blogspot.com/2015_09_01_archive.html
Friday, September 25, 2015. Sammy has been growing and changing so fast! Sometimes it's hard to keep up with all the new things he can do, so I took a video of his new skills for you to enjoy. Saturday, September 19, 2015. Mike said the homeowner could leave the broken down lawn-mower. I guess he wants to try and fix it. The sun/mud room. I love all the windows, and I think the pets will love this room. This is the kitchen. This set of cabinets was installed later on for the lady who owned the house&...

Our Little Family: December 2010
http://thebisseys.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 16, 2010. Born at 3:09 PM MST on 12/16/2010. She is 6 lbs 8 oz, 19 inches, and a cutie (in my humble opinion). Our little Christmas angel. The hospital provided the stocking and the little hat. :). Baby's first bath. She didn't like it one bit. She fell right to sleep afterward. Tired parents. She was induced at 9pm on 12/15 so 18 hours of labor. Grandma (how weird to say) and my little angel. :) Mike was afraid of holding her. so we don't have pictures with Grandpa yet. This Is The Day.
