Our RE-placed Southern Family. Monday, October 31, 2011. Today was a big Halloween celebration. Our festivities started with parties at school for each of my children at 3:00 today. I started my fun out with some time in Carter's classroom. They were finishing story time- in full costume, of course- when the parents got there. Our RE-placed Southern Family. Sunday, December 25, 2011. From Our Family to Yours. Saturday, December 24, 2011. On Wednesday night, we celebrated Christmas with my side of the family at Mom and Dad's house. Mom cooked a lovely dinner, and we enjoyed spending time together. Santa left some gift bags of goodies at Bamma and Big Pat's house for Carter and Callen, and Callen found a sucker that she kept close tabs on until after dinner when she was able to eat it! Our RE-placed Southern Family. Saturday, February 16, 2013. In late January, we made a trip up to Decatur. Luckily for us, everyone {including Stacey and David} was in town that weekend. Carter and Callen were excited that they were able to pack in lots of cousin time. We enjoyed a yummy lunch at Debbie's with the whole crew, and then Debbie took us over to a friend's house so that the children could dig up some carrots. Our RE-placed Southern Family. Monday, December 31, 2012. We continued our Christmas celebrations at Steve and Emily's after church on the 23rd. Callen sang with her Sunday School class in the service at church, so we all attended together and then went to Emily and Steve's for a lovely lunch. We got these three to snap a few pictures before we ate. Carter is a sweet big cousin. He loves to love on LE. And then the sillies came out. Ready to open the presents under the tree. I took the two children down to the beach last Saturday so that they could play down there for the week with Aunt B and Bamma. Our RE-placed Southern Family. Sunday, December 30, 2012. The Saturday before Christmas, we headed to Decatur to celebrate with Nick's family. We started off with a delicious breakfast to kick off the annual Christmas Bingo at Popsy and Gigi's house. This was the first year that Carter was really into it. He was excited to score a nerf gun, jelly beans and some movies! Modeling the matching leotards {with matching scrunchies! We had a fun time celebrating Christmas in Decatur!
