Our travels through south america. Sunday, January 3, 2010. Fogot to mention that we had a lovely dinner for Shaun's birthday on the 23rd. We went out of town for dinner at a lovely restaurant. We wanted to go to a sushi bar but it was full, but the alternative was very good. The boys chose a rather rude shirt for Shaun which he will show you on his return.(Stephanie wanted nothing to do with it! He also got a birds of Galapagos chart and sunglasses cord. Our travels through south america. Tuesday, January 5, 2010. Well to tell you about Trinidad beach - it was a beautiful beach and the different arrays of costumes and shapes were amazing! There is no such thing as a big costume bottom! Only tangas here no matter what shape you are in! It is quite refreshing though that no one worries about what they look like too much on the beach and everyone is very relaxed. You definitely have to have a tattoo if you live in Brazil!
