Celebrated Dan's birthday very quietly - a non-event today but we will celebrate in Colorado by taking the Durango-Silverton rail trip next week. Musings from the Road. Our Home away from Home. Thursday, April 19, 2012. Arrived in Durango last night and the campground was 10 miles out of town and ugly. It had beautiful views cause it was on a high ridge overlooking the town and the mountains beyond but the campground mostly had long term or year-round campers and a lot of junk. Three Rivers RV Park in Tulare California- went grocery shopping and the lowest prices on fresh produce and meat I've seen in years. Pesto keeps and freezes well, so the remainder was used for this fish dish. The mahi mahi fillets are dusted with Adobo seasoning. 4 pieces of mahi mahi. 15 Tablespoons of pesto.
