I'm settling in back home and trying to catch up from jetlag. Whilst sorting through my hundreds of pictures. And of course letting my thoughts emotions on life abroad settle in me. Dashing through four-hour-long-dress rehearsals and attempting to run a 3-miler all in the same day (while running on little to no sleep) requires quite a bit of fueling. Mix oatmeal with yogurt, milk, protein powder- refrigerate overnight and you get a powerhouse of protein that tastes like a Blizzard in the morning! Today also calls for TWO Green Monsters or otherwise known as spinach smoothies.

Saturday, December 13, 2008. 2 cups whole milk. 50 grams of fresh yeast (almost 3 cubes). 1/4 tsp. salt. 1 gram saffron, crushed. 5 cups of flour. Raisins if you like them. Melt all of the butter and then add all of the milk to it. When the butter and milk are at room temp., smoosh the yeast into small pieces and stir until all the pieces dissolve completely in liquid. Wednesday, October 26, 2011. Jesus Can Calm Your Storms. I know it has been since Oct. 10 since my last blog. A lot has been going on between now and then with my health and helping my parents. I will probably have to cut my devotions down to once to twice a month, but will still give inspirational posts on my Facebook site.
