This mansion was built by Charles Blaney Cluskey between 1840-1841, for Francis Sorrel. A REPORT OF PERSONAL PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIONS. Saturday, December 22, 2007. The area is very close to the Bitter Root Valley in Montana where the Battle of the Little Bighorn was fought, better known as Custer's Last Stand. We rented a car from the airport and drove the country side, very much in love with the area and scenery where we plan to build our new home and spend our final years. We are just fifty miles out of Yellowstone National Park and in my opinion the most beautiful spot in the world.
