To chronicle the comings and goings of our growing girls, and to let our now faraway parents keep an eye on their granddaughters. Friday, February 24, 2012. All of A Kind Family. I love being surprised by the gender of our babies at birth! That moment is so exhilarating and exciting. I absolutely love the surprise. This time, though, it was my turn to lovingly submit to my hubby and let him find out the gender of our unborn baby. And It's another girl! Praise God for little girls! Sadie, Elisa and Raina.

http://mcsmithfamily.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Me and My Boys. Matt, Steven, Grant, and Charity Smith. Tuesday, August 31, 2010. Tonight Steven and I made playdough. 2 tbsp. cream of tartar. 2 tbsp. cooking oil. Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the wet ingredients and stir until smooth. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly. When the dough sticks together in a ball, remove it from the heat. Be sure the dough is cool before putting it in a Ziploc bag. Saturday, August 28, 2010. Grant is nimble, Grant is quick! With a huge grin.

http://elisaandsadie.blogspot.com/2012/02/options-or-lack-of-them_17.html
To chronicle the comings and goings of our growing girls, and to let our now faraway parents keep an eye on their granddaughters. Friday, February 17, 2012. Options. Or Lack of Them! Before I found out that I was pregnant with our fourth baby, I had begun to sense the Lord leading me (us) to pursue a birth at home. I felt a strong desire to give birth to our next (and likely last) baby in the quiet comfort of our home. So sorry it wont be what you thought! But thats cool you still will have a midwife.

To chronicle the comings and goings of our growing girls, and to let our now faraway parents keep an eye on their granddaughters. Saturday, January 28, 2012. The other night, I wrote about Elisa's sixth birthday and tried to share a bit about who our oldest daughter is. Seeing my hands were full, she said, "Oh, I'll get it. Your hands are already too full! Little things, but I am beginning to see kindness, mercy, and compassion more often. A willingness to serve and help without reward or nagging....

The crazy fun adventures of Team Steiner. October 13, 2013. Today was another first for the Steiner Boys. their first time to go to a movie in the theater! After church, we headed over to the mall for an early matinee.a good time since there weren't too many people in the theater! We saw the movie Planes, and it was really cute! I don't think that movies as a family will be a regular event yet.especially one that requires buying lunch at the theater! Seriously.we spent $75 for tickets and food! We just c...

The Steiner Life: July 2015
http://thesteiners.us/2015_07_01_archive.html
The crazy fun adventures of Team Steiner. July 31, 2015. Happy 7th Sweet Jonathan! I didn't understand why this had happened to us. Why had God given us the hope of finally being parents, only to have to give our son back to Him without any time with him. Why had we already lost three babies in miscarriage? Without our loss of Jonathan, I wouldn’t know some pretty important things about myself. And I truly believe that I wouldn't be the woman I am today! I feel like I’m finally getting to take a st...
