Thursday, October 29, 2009. On October 16, we had another movie night. this time it was SNOW WHITE. Disney had finally released Snow White on DVD for us to enjoy. Tuesday, April 28, 2009. Great Grandma's going away party. Take me out to the Ballgame! They really enjoyed the game with me and Grandma. We got to take advantage of the new value priced items. 1.50 for a small popcorn and 1.50 for a milk. YAY! Since we got to the field so early, we were able to watch them open the roof. It made for a really nice day at the 'ole ballgame. Go Diamondbacks! Marcus showing off his new puppy. Grandma and Kalli showing her lil Webkinz puppy. You know how Marcus likes popcorn.

Friday, August 28, 2009. Casino Night in Flagstaff. On Saturday, August 22, we headed up to Flagstaff to support our friend, Shelli Lagro, in her quest to raise money for the Breast Cancer 3-day walk. Her group that she is walking with needed to raise a lot of money for the walk and hosted a Casino Night at the Green Room. It was a FUN night! Jon, Randy, and I parked ourselves at the same black jack table the whole night. We were not the big winners, but we were close. 3rd place! Randy, me and Jon Lagro.

Friday, February 26, 2010. PF Chang's Half Marathon. On January 17, 2010, I completed my first Half Marathon. It was a little rough, but in the end it was really rewarding. It was great to have Randy at the start with me. I ran into a parent of one of my students and was able to chat with him on the run for bit. But otherwise, I ran by myself. my trusty ipod was there! It was a good race for me. I wish I would have trained a little more. My time impressed me too! Daddy and his kids. Gina, me and Beth.

Friday, February 26, 2010. PF Chang's Half Marathon. On January 17, 2010, I completed my first Half Marathon. It was a little rough, but in the end it was really rewarding. Monday, January 4, 2010. After we went to Dave and Buster's we headed over to the Phoenix Zoo to check out Zoo Lights. We had never been there before so we thought we should see what it was all about. There were lots of lights and a few of the animals were out. It seemed very crowded, but I think the kids enjoyed seeing the lighted trees and figures. (I'm not sure we'll go back. it wasn't really anything to write home about). Tuesday, June 30, 2009. Swim Lessons for Our Fishies. On Tuesday, June 22, we started swim lessons for Marcus and Kalli. We are lucky to have a private instructor come over to Grammie and Bumpa's house to work with the kids. I am so lucky that we have this opportunity. During the first week she will be "drown proofing" them. Both Marcus and Kalli did fairly well for their first day. (despite all the crying and screaming! Kalli is learning to kick. Tuesday, December 22, 2009. Kurt and Melissa Jackson had their annual Christmas Party on December 19. So we headed over there to join in the festivities. Monday, January 4, 2010. Kalli's (family) Birthday Cake. The night of Kalli's birthday was New Years Eve, so we decided to stay in and spend it as a family with the birthday girl. Randy made steak and lobster for he and I, and Kalli had shrimp cocktail and Marcus, well being Marcus, he enjoyed a nice bowl of cheesy mac and cheese. HA! After dinner, we brought out a small piece of cake and "2" candle on top. Randy lit the candle and we sang to the birthday girl. She loved it! Kallis (family) Birthday Cake.
