My long-suffering husband →. Sarah and Andy Wedding: Wymondham Abbey and Dragon Hall, Norwich. October 12, 2011. Oxfordshire-based Sarah and Andy headed back to Sarah’s home town of Wymondham, near Norwich for their wedding at Wymondham Abbey. Sarah used to sing for the Abbey choir so it was the perfect venue. After the ceremony, the celebrations moved to Dragon Hall. A medieval merchant’s hall, in the city centre where guests were treated to ice creams and afternoon tea. This entry was posted in Weddings.

Holy Trinity Church, Spooner Row. The Church at Spooner Row was built in 1843 by J. Mitchell and was part of the Wattlefield estate. It is constructed of red brick and has a stained glass window in the vestry. It is a daughter church of Wymondham Abbey Church. In the sixteenth century there used to be a Guild of the Holy Trinity which was revived in 1958 by Mrs Routh-Clarke of the Wattlefield estate until her death in 1972.
