Будут кратко рассморены предпосылки и история создания комплекса спецификаций, их назначение, приведены примеры использования, рассмотрены плюсы и минусы внедрения, будет дан краткий обзор существующих библиотек, использующих эти технологии. Работа над которыми ведется с 2008 года.
