Tangerine Lemon Curd | Joy the Baker

January 23, 2011. I go to church in Hollywood. Most every Sunday. I step over super gross, drunken Saturday night vomit, club promo cards, discarded hair extensions, gum wrappers and street hot dog remnants. I kid you not. Hollywood is nuts. Watch your step. Some questions arise when I go to church. Is it rude to shush a chatty couple in church? Is it rude to ask a once chatty couple to stop making out during church? I love my church. I do. Have you ever made citrus curd? I also like these Brown Butter B...

Packaging Cupcakes - Cookie Madness
http://www.cookiemadness.net/2011/04/packaging-cupcakes
Keeping Life Sweet One Cookie at a Time. You are here: Home. April 2, 2011. Happy to have another opportunity to serve them, I decided to make the delicious vanilla bean cupcakes. For today’s Bake for Japan event. But I wasn’t thinking. This was a bake sale not a school party, and at the last minute it dawned on me that I needed to package the cupcakes individually. The idea and I don’t know why it didn’t occur to me until. Because of the big twisty tie tops, I only fit 12 cupcakes in the top level of th...

Best Way To Eat Tang Yuan (Glutinous Rice Balls). Has it really been. Days since my last post? Where has all the time gone! I don’t think I’ve ever left blogging for quite so long but the past week has been so busy that my head is spinning like the little Tasmanian Devil. You’ve seen that cartoon right? Between work, giving makeovers (which turned out. By the way), studying, training and travelling – ever wished you could clone yourself sometimes? I even arrived at the airport and. I walk out without it.

http://sharonmoh.com/2011/02/peachy-pink-at-wagamama
Peachy Pink At Wagamama. Firstly, I have to apologize for being MIA in the blogging world for the past few days. Mostly because I was busy, partly because it scared me a little to receive so many comments for my last post. What you on about girl? Yes I know it’s a good sign that people like it – but now I can’t help but hope my next post measures up! You know I like to give you my best (and not the fluff and lint in my pockets). So here’s me going to lunch the other day at Wagamama. From top to toe.

Phantom of The Opera – sharonmoh
http://sharonmoh.com/2011/03/phantom-of-the-opera
Phantom of The Opera. Ever seen the movie version of the Phantom of the Opera. Isn’t it just romantic and full of great songs? I’ve always wanted to watch it in the theatre and was able to go at Her Majesty’s Theatre in London some time ago (. I was spinning myself giddy with glee. If you haven’t seen it yet, I only have one word for you. GO. Or you’re seriously missing out! Her Majesty’s Theatre. So here we are outside Her Majesty’s Theatre. And for once my nightshots turned out nicely. While everyone w...

Anyway, here's what I managed to come up with recently. Sunday - 13 th. There was a Japanese food fair going on in Plaza Singapura. And I happened to get this little bottle of Maple syrup. Vietnamese Water Spinach Splitter). Cousin Q. S older brother bought it for me several years ago at the San Gabriel Superstore. When we went shopping for his Fourth of July barbecue. Homemade Salted Eggs (鹹蛋) | Christine's Recipes: Easy Chinese Recipes | Delicious Recipes
http://en.christinesrecipes.com/2010/09/homemade-salted-eggs.html
My Chinese Food Blog. Homemade Salted Eggs (鹹蛋). 183; 62 comments. Salted eggs are normally brined duck eggs. Chinese people use them to make moon cakes(月餅), glutinous rice dumplings (粽子) and many other dishes. Some families I know, like to steam salted eggs that go with congee for breakfast. Sadly, here in Australia, it’s quite hard to find fresh duck eggs, yet it’s much easier to get some cooked ones. Weird, isn’t it? I'll post them in a series later on. And Trix of Tasty Trix. 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine.

Baking Bites An award winning food and baking blog featuring recipes, tips and more. Baking How-To’s & Tips. How to Start A Food Blog. Tools & Gadgets. August 6, 2010. Fudgsicles were one of my favorite summertime treats as a child. They are chocolate popsicles, with a great chocolate flavor to them. I’ve seen lots of recipes for Fudgsicles over the years and have noticed that, in spite of their names, none of them are really quite like the original Fudgsicles. I’ll be making these again and again ...
