Joy to the world. It's quite an experience to be jostled out of deep sleep by the earth's rumbling. my first earthquake experience woke me up at 4:42am on friday morning. needless to say, i was rather disoriented and confused. why are the blinds moving? Joy to the world. Believe it or not, some of my friends in high school thought that if i were a pokemon, i would be that pink ball of craziness. one of my dear friends even gave me a jigglypuff toy figurine. everytime i see it, i'm reminded of the fun times we had in high school. It's so easy to get caught up in the daily grind. moments like these allow me to detach myself for a moment and see things from an elevated point of view. and smile, cuz it's so simple, yet so beautiful.
