One day at a time. Yesterday was up and down for me. I broke down hard. Bawling into my mom's shoulders for awhile. Because the breakup is still new, I am reminded of Jessica everywhere. Soon that will subside. This is a time to focus on school, and heal. I cannot and will not let myself use Jessica's shadow as a way of detaching from the world. I do however need some time.
