Thursday, December 17, 2009. My Home Alone Journey. So, on Tuesday, one of my roomies and my other friends went to Hershey's Christmas Land. (I want to goooo! My the other 2 apartment mates were not home too. I have 2 more papers to go. On Wednesday, my next next next door good friend is flying back to Singapore. So, Clarissa has "lost" another friend. Wednesday, February 2, 2011. So, finally in my last semester, I have a snow day, i.e. no school due to hazardous winter weather. Yes, it's just so unimaginable to have it in Singapore. I was out for classes and career fair yesterday. And it literally rained ICE instead of snow. It hurts when oallets of ice hit your face as you walk. It was a mix of ice, snow and water, which was pretty insane- just think what happens when the water freezes on the ground. You'll have ice skating roads!

Saturday, September 18, 2010. I know what i miss. I was a little bored and did some fb stalking. I found out why I felt weird. I miss the perfect orangey sun dipping below the horizon when i got out of the Red Sea from diving. It was one of the most awesome sunsets I've ever seen. It was probably made more satisfying by by first successful dive in the sea. I miss sleeping out on a mountain top/forest/desert. I miss the life with no technology. Where did all these things go? Ironman Texas Race Report. I finished my first Ironman triathlon last weekend, I got a ticket to Kona, and I'm still alive. That's pretty much as good of an outcome as I could have ever hoped for, and wow, am I truly thankful and blessed. 9:37:10, 4th in my age group, 66th overall.
