熊村,位于广西省桂林市灵川县大圩镇，是一个具有2000多年历史的古村落，比大圩古镇还早1000余年。据村中老人说，熊村始称熊家村，始祖系从江西迁入。后随中原文化南扩，商贾日益发达，特别是湘桂古道的兴起，逐渐发展、繁荣，杂姓溶入，人口巨增，遂更名为熊村。旧时熊村共有六座村门，可见规模之大，现仅存三座。村内分三街六巷，棋盘布局，每一街区，都有高大砖石拱门相隔，入夜闭门，自成一体，十分安全。村中古树林立，老熊家村颇俱江南水乡风韵，家家门前小桥流水，青石铺路，干净整齐。
