Eat.Live.Travel.: Cebu, Philippines
http://bakeandbrew.blogspot.com/2011/06/cebu-2011.html
Sunday, 26 June 2011. This June I went for a 4D3Ntrip with my ex run-mates(for the first time) to Cebu, Philippines! With rather high expectations, as Mactan Island (15minutes drive from Mactan-Cebu International Airport) was ranked the 3rd best beach in the Philippines. But it wasn't as good as I thought it will be. Hence we hung around at the budget terminal till about 0325 before we finally board the plane. budget-style. Which we didn't. We then waited till 2pm as the hotel was fully occupied. The sno...

Eat.Live.Travel.: An emotional day
http://bakeandbrew.blogspot.com/2012/12/an-emotional-day.html
Saturday, 29 December 2012. I am trying very hard to trace back to the day when i started becoming so emotional, but I can't. When was it that i began to tear so uncontrollably during a touching scene (and maybe not THAT. Touching), crying over something that I feel that I haven't done right, or even for a misunderstanding that I knew was just a misunderstanding but can't get over the fact that it had happen. And sometimes I wish they didn't. Because being emotionally uncontrollable as I am, I am jus...

http://bakeandbrew.blogspot.com/2011/07/amara-santuary-resort.html
Sunday, 31 July 2011. This weekend was a relaxing one spent at Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa with my girls from work. Anyway we did not pay extra in the end cos we just said there will be two of us. Duh right? So we went to our room and started unpacking. And guess what, these Caucasian couple used their key and managed to open the door to our room! How can anyone have access to our room? The housekeeping staff then came in and asked if we went to the right room (? A hotel retreat would not be considere...

Still, 2013 is a year of many things to look forward to. 1 Its just another 4 months till Baby Tay arrives! Time is really going by fast! Cheers to enduring the past 6 years). 3 After 3 years of waiting, we are finally getting the keys to our flat! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). New Orleans, 2011.

Eat.Live.Travel.: Drop Night
http://bakeandbrew.blogspot.com/2012/05/drop-night.html
Saturday, 5 May 2012. So Drop Night occurs after training in the T6 for 6 months, and T1/T38 for another 6 months, and its the day when our American counterparts are assigned the aircraft that they will be flying on their next phase of their Air Force career. For us Singaporeans, we won't know until we are back in Singapore, which means another good 3-6 months. Anyway, Jonathan, one of our best friends here, got the F15! And we are very thrilled for him and his wife Anna! View my complete profile.

Eat.Live.Travel.: New Orleans
http://bakeandbrew.blogspot.com/2011/10/new-orleans.html
Wednesday, 26 October 2011. New Orleans is located in the South of USA, in the state of Louisiana, and is often referred to as the "most unique" city. It is well known for. Its distinct French Creole architecture. Its cross cultural and multilingual heritage. Its cuisine (creole and cajun cuisine). Music, particularly as the birthplace of jazz. It is not uncommon to see musicians and dancers performing on the streets. The days that we were there, there were these lighted parade trucks that were moving ar...

http://bakeandbrew.blogspot.com/2011/05/sentosa-spa-and-resort.html
Sunday, 22 May 2011. The Sentosa Spa and Resort. I realised I am a particularly boring person. i just love to travel, eat and drink. And exercise. thats pretty much everything I do. I am not an artistic person, hence whatever that is happening in Singapore to make life in Singapore more interesting eg. musicals, theatre shows, biennale, i am not very involved in them. For our third visit, we decided to indulge and get the suite room, which comes with an additional lounge area. 1 June 2011 at 10:05 PM.
