Sunday, November 15, 2009. EXPath Packaging System prototype implementation for Calabash. An interesting piece of code I worked on during the past few weeks is the implementation of the EXPath Packaging System. For the Norman Walsh's XProc processor: Calabash. For Calabash, including my changes (and based on the latest Subversion revision, so this is really beta stuff, besides some classes have been disabled also, due to dependency issues.) You can also have a look at the following email. Wait for the ne...

There are several efforts underway to implement XProc, in both the open source community and in commercial products. If you're an implementor and you'd like your implementation listed on this page, please let me know how you'd like it described and I'll add it. Is building an open-source implementation in Java. Nightly thoughts: October 2008

Thursday, October 30, 2008. Poor man's Calabash integration into oXygen. Note on 2009-11-12: oXygen 11.0 comes with built-in support for XProc and Calabash, so you don't need this anymore if you have oXygen 11 . ]. Processor from Norman Walsh, becomes more mature from day to day. Here is a very simple (but very limited too) way to integrate it into the great oXygen XML IDE. Well, the word. You have to register Calabash as an external tool within oXygen. Go to. And the command line to something like:.

Nightly thoughts: Packaging extension steps for Calabash
http://fgeorges.blogspot.com/2011/09/packaging-extension-steps-for-calabash.html
Wednesday, September 07, 2011. Packaging extension steps for Calabash. In my previous blog post. I introduced how to develop an extension XProc step in Java, for the Calabash. Xrepo install http:/ example.org/path/to/your-package.xar calabash pipeline.xproc . Expath-pkg.xml calabash.xml your-steps/ your-steps-lib.xpl your-steps.jar dependency.jar. This structure looks familiar to whoever knows the structure of a standard package: you have the package descriptor, namely. In this case, the content of the p...

Ken: the range of perception, understanding, or knowledge. What's beyond that? August 12, 2009. Balisage 2009 - Streamabilty of XProc Pipelines. Norm Walsh (Mark Logic) gave a talk on streamability of XProc pipelines. XProc lets users define a sequence of atomic operations to apply to a series of documents, using control structures similar to conditionals, iteration, and exception handlers. XProc: An XML Pipeline Language. Which is built on Saxon 9. The preliminary analysis performed when this paper was ...
