Boil sugar and milk until boiling under low fire and add the custard with water together and stir until the paste thicken. Let it cool and its done! To put the custard into the puff, take a scissor and cut the puff at the sides. It will be hollow inside. Put the custard in and the puff is done!

Saturday, July 22, 2006. Well just learn it today, but apparently due to my lack of knowledge of certain ingredients, i may not give a vv accurate description, so please forgive me. Yi Mian *or whatever it is call, that brown noodle one*. Ok first add oil. *quite alot too i think, around 5 table spoon? Then add chopped garlic into it and fry till a golden brown. Add the chopped meat into it and fry it for around 15 seconds? Try crushing it abit, to make the noodle submerged. Scoop it up and its done!

Wednesday, June 21, 2006. Firstly, when going to market, its best you choose those pig stomach that are fat. No idea why but my mum say its good.(havent practice yet. maybe i shall try going market more often). Next, cut away the inedible part and then wash it with lime and salt to remove the stench. Ok now we ready for the preparation. Soak the red dates and those small ones*dunno what they call but i call them small red dates). Then add the red dates, big and small plus the pepper INTO the pig's stomach.

Sunday, August 13, 2006. Ok this is something i recommend for a quick bite for anyone who is hungry. It's easy to do and taste not bad too! Anyway, here goes! This is the pizza box or somthing. Can be bought at nearby supermarkets. Just take the pizza out and cut it into slices. Put into microwave. Heat it up for 8 minutes. For a quick bite :). Sunday, August 06, 2006.
