Shodo Kimono, 30 x 45 feet, mixed media, 2012. Shodo was a Japanese calligraphy inspired audience participation installation. It was a take on an earlier Runway piece. Except this time the palette was restricted to red and black ink. The red ceiling from Xquisite Corpse Act Two. Mirena created Shodo on Easter Sunday in 2012 in Central Park with the active participation of the audience of New York.

DAF Installation and Performance, 2012. DAF Installation and Performance. DAF was created specifically for Dumbo Arts Festival in the DUMBO neighborhood of New York city. It was a product of spontaneous collaboration between the artist and the audience. Photographs by Andre Rozanoff. The Installation consisted of three separate pieces which were designed foldable and mobile, and had to fit in my checked luggage. Here is the ground piece ready to be packed in my studio in Florida.
