Tuesday, May 26, 2009. Science Fair Awards- The Furthest Throw. After spending all baseball season working on his throws, he decided to make a science fair project out of determining at "what angle will a baseball throw go the furthest." Although his hypothesis had been incorrect, he had had a great time shooting paper clips down our hallway, to answer the question. He received an "honorable mention" award for his hard work. Tuesday, May 12, 2009. Softball Season's at an End. THE RED HOT ALL-STARS.

Friday, August 14, 2009. First Day of School- Aug 11 th. Maquel started Kindergarten this year. She went to orientation on Monday with her friend Lexie. She decided that she really liked her teacher Mrs. Reisz, and made some new friends. Luke and Maq worked really hard to get that middle tower to stay up! On Tuesday, Luke and Maquel met up up with their friends,. Lexie, Chase and Ciara to walk to school. Me and Luke, at his new desk, in Mr. Seefeld's class room. Thursday, August 6, 2009. Tuesday, June 2, 2009. Maquel's Birthday Tea Party. Last weekend, was Maquel's 5th birthday. She had her friend, Lexi, and her cousins, Bridgett, Kaitlin and Kaleigh over for a tea party. The girls played dress-up with pretty skirts, jewelry and hats, and ate mini sandwiches and deserts on Maq's tea set. The party went superbly, and fun was had by all. Luke's TEA (Taxed Enough Already) party. Monday, June 1, 2009. Luke's Baseball Season Ends. End of the Season Party at Mountain Mike's Pizza.

Thursday, April 23, 2009. Easter at Home and Grandma's. The Easter Bunny Has Arrived. After looking for eggs and baskets on Easter morning, we were off to Grandma's for a fabulous Easter Dinner. Maquel and Luke played all afternoon with their cousins, Kaitlin and Kaleigh. Grandma's garden was in full bloom, perfect for some great pictures! No "Sugar rush" Here! Thursday, April 16, 2009. Sunday, February 15, 2009. For Valentine's Day we took the girls to downtown Sacramento for the Amgen Tour of California time trial. It was really fun to see such big names in cycling right in our hometown. Justin got to ride the course before the race started. He also had a great time drooling over the newest bike stuff.
