Auk wrecks and ark larks. Tuesday, October 31, 2006. Posted by kookaburra at 7:25 PM. Reassessing the concept of legal. No one I've ever met. I don't know if this will help, but here's what I'm thinking about the whole deal. So if they blow up the world, and when they cut down the last tree, it's all going to be legal. What does that say to our attitude toward the law? The judge is gonna hurt your feelings," Susan told me. I was feeling brash at that moment, so I was all, "She can't hurt my feelings!

http://poorrichardsdaughter.blogspot.com/2007_10_01_archive.html
I’m from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, hence the Ben Franklin connection (e.g. Poor Richard’s Almanac). Even if it’s no longer technically true, I, along with many other women, perhaps, perpetually feel like someone’s daughter. And my dad’s name really was Richard. Someone once referred to me(affectionately, I think) as a real "Northeast" kind of woman. I suppose that's true. My favorite thing to write is creative nonfiction. View my complete profile. Musings by me. Also probably an occasional post about knitting. Indulge me. Friday, May 11, 2007. Many of you have probably seen this little animated clip. I showed the clip to Julian last night. And my sweet, sensitive little boy got very quiet near the end, as the kiwi stuck out his little winglets. Then he said out loud, "But he's going to DIE! And then, of course, the final thump. At the end. He needed some hugs and distraction to move on from this little heartstring puller. Thursday, May 10, 2007.
