Weight loss adventures of a forty-something Irish man. The first sip is the hardest…. On September 22, 2008. So I’ve started. It took a while to get out of bed this morning, precisely because I knew as soon as I arose that I would be facing into my new challenge. I cleaned the shaker in which this dieter’s brew is mixed and then filled it with the 450ml of water required for the mix. I added the mix – the strawberry flavour – and shook it until it appeared completely mixed. 9654; No Responses.

Weight loss adventures of a forty-something Irish man. On September 22, 2008. I’m hungry – but not hungry enough to eat a Lipotrim flapjack. I tried one earlier and I have to say that I can’t remember tasting anything more vile. The flapjacks are an alternative to the shakes – instead of one shake, you can have two flapjacks. It’s not a deal I’ll go for again. I have been tempted throughout the day – but I’ve remained steadfast. Day one down, two days to go until the ketones start flowing. October 2, 2008.
