4 days into the 14-day challenge and the most obvious change is on my. 4 days into the 14-day challenge and the most obvious change is on my midsection. Tummy's flatter, sides are curvier. There's still fat there, of course. But with continuous diet and exercise hopefully it will decrease even more. Dayummm. This is getting to my head. But to sum it up, 1" off my waistline, 1" off each of my thighs and 1lb off my weight in just 4 days. Not bad, I guess? I still have 10 more days to go. :D. Dogs, keep out.
