Posted in Year 1. It's Spanish week again. Time to teach the kiddos all about the parts of a plant in Spanish. I am armed and ready with lots of hands on activities and even a fun song with motions. The Beach is Thataway. I knew having M in my class would be exceptionally fun when he showed up to the first day of second grade wearing a full suit, bow-tie, and shined patent-leather dress shoes. I mean, really. M is incredibly bright, though he's also very sneaky. Very sneaky. Very very. What are you going to do?

Mom had moved into the backyard to have her litter, and the other three kittens had made friends with the people living in the house and were tamed and then adopted shortly thereafter (one named Pistol to my friends J and C). A to the Z :. Sunday, July 14, 2013. When You Can't Go To Paris, Bring Paris to You! One of my closest friends celebrates her 29th birthday today. Its also Bastille Day in France. I'm not totally sure if this coincidence is what began my girlfriend's obsession with EVERYTHING Parisian, but it would certainly make sense! So I sent Paris to her with this super cute cut out set from La Petite Peach. It was a big hit! The postcard is from Birchbox. Just in case you think it is super cute too!

A to the Z :. Saturday, June 8, 2013. Its been a long time . No joke, it has been over two years since I. Wrote anything on this blog! About a week after my last post our lovely cat Dinah suffered from kidney failure. But fear not - after weeks of careful ministrations, sub-cu fluids, forced kitty pedia-sure feedings, and very little sleep our kitchen reverted back from a vet hospital to a kitchen and our girl made a full recovery (see photo below)!
