Being a German based in Luxembourg, I have been fascinated with China in general and with Chinese law in particular since my college days (the former even before my studies). Another few words about what I do: I am writing a Ph.D. thesis on mediation in China, especially within the courts, and plan to compare these results with modern Western ADR. Mechanisms.
