Tuesday, February 28, 2012. 如果美國政府想發行美元,首先政府要發債券,將啲債券存入比美聯儲(US FED). 美聯儲可以話係美國政府的銀行, 政府稅收係存入美聯儲, 出糧比工務原又係美聯儲, 要借錢都係去美聯儲. 美聯儲收到啲債券就發行(印)美元(Federal Reserve Notes), 如果收到$10債佢係可以發行$100實體美元, 係債券的十倍/只需要一成儲備. 這$100實體美元唔係政府的, 係美聯儲自己既, 美聯儲再將這就$100實體美元借比政府,去應付日常需要(出糧/支出). 話明美聯儲借比美國政府就好明顯係有息收啦, 要還息就要再借, 所以係永遠還唔到. 如果美國政府自己發行錢唔係問美聯儲借, 美國債務會係現時的40%. 為甚麼會多咗60%? 就係因為複息(compound interest). 複息就係存$100落銀行, 銀行一年後比$2利息你, 再一年後比$2.04, 再一年係$2.08. 睇落唔係好多但只要時間越長複息威力越勁!
