Then back to the fermentation chamber at 37 degrees. Then washed the yeast to reuse it. Brewday 1/28/12. Cream ale. Brewed a cream ale. Used 2 row corn and rice. Crystal and centennial hops. Used Rogue pacman yeast. Step 2 Mash In.

Sunday, February 19, 2012. Brewday 1/28/12. Cream ale. Brewed a cream ale. Used 2 row corn and rice. Crystal and centennial hops. Used Rogue pacman yeast. Step 1: Crush The grain. Step 2 Mash In. Boiling with added hops. Chilling with the Therminator and march pump. It took 10 mins to chill 10 gallons to 64 degrees from boiling. Into the fermentor at 60 degrees for 2 weeks.
