A Summary of Our Policies. Units and rates are subject to change without notice. A 2 or 3 night minimum stay is required. Weekly rates at 6 times the nightly rate (7th night free). Some homes may be available for 30 days or more depending on the season. All of our homes are fully furnished, including but not limited to, pots, pans, washer, dryer, sheets, towels and blankets. A $500 deposit is required for all wedding parties and large receptions (where permitted).
