Yarns Unraveled

Thursday, September 24, 2009. Smores. Not Just for Summer Campfires! And I make them year round. But there is a special skill, or know-how, to achieve. Indoors. And I'm going to share how I make mine! Need: Marshmallows, Hershey's chocolate, honey graham crackers, something thin and sort of long (skewers or chopsticks work great, a fork can be used in a pinch). PS this is great with a cold glass of milk! PPS it's VERY easy to get caught up in eating your smore. Please remember to shut the burner off!

Yarns Unraveled: The good, the bad, and the possibilities

http://www.yarnsunraveled.blogspot.com/2009/09/good-bad-and-possibilities.html

Thursday, September 10, 2009. The good, the bad, and the possibilities. How about with the good. I finished Sydney's Christmas hat! I really like the feeling of getting something accomplished and off my needles, but at the same time its almost a little sad not to be knitting it anymore. I get over it pretty quickly though. What is still on the needles? I know there are already a lot of podcasts out there, but no one has my unique perspective or intrest in things :) At least, thats what I'm telling myself...

Thursday, April 23, 2009. Steps forward, steps backward. Monday, April 13, 2009. So I finally finished something! Its a very small and easy something, but I did that on purpose. I felt like I needed a jump start and hopefully seeing this finished project will help. This was taken just before finishing the last repeat. Labels: dishcloth FO penguins. Saturday, April 11, 2009.
