My dear old Mum is heading down the path of dementia, although she hasn't been given that diagnosis, and won't until she has to enter the 'aged care system' in some way. That won't happen for a while I suspect while Dad, her loving, fit, healthy and younger husband, manages her care as well as he is able, which at the moment, is very well. I told them where I had been and Mum said: 'They have exams on a Sunday? Hhhhhmmmm.who has the problem?

Tell us your secrets! My secrets, old stick, are:. Drink at least 3 litres of water a day. Avoid alcohol and caffeine. Live a chaste life. This didn’t take hours of painstaking editing, it was done. Personally I prefer the edited ones!

A place to be me. Tuesday, 16 October 2007. The Penguin is back online. Yes believe it or not I have finally managed to organise the internet down here in sunny Nowra, which for those that are unaware, it is about 2 1/2 hours south of Sydney on the coast. Down here posted to HMAS Albatross which is the Naval Air Base. I am the Chief Regulator and Senior Clinical Manager of the Hospital here which is all a bit new but good as well. Who knew I would ever reach the dizzy heights of Chief! Man Of The Moment.
