3DCG に興味のある人にとっては有名なので、今さら説明の必要もないと思いますが、 商用利用しない限り フリーの景観作成ソフトです。 現在 2005年2月 のバージョンは、0.9.19。 私の場合 0.7x から使っているのですが、開発スピードはホントにスローです。 4 5年掛かってやっと 0.2 アップしただけですからね。 今年半ばには新たに Terragen 2 となって、かなりの新機能を含む大幅なバージョン アップを行なうそうですが、それのテストの終了によって正規版の公開となるのではないでしょうか。 或いはこの Terragen 2 こそが正規版なのかも知れません。 Terragen 2 の テストレンダリング画像. 以前、planetside の What's planned for the future には樹木の生成システムを装備するような事が書いてあったんですが、無くなっちゃったんでしょうか。
