Our menu is an Omakase (chef's choice of edomae sushi 18 pieces dessert) at $80 per person. We use seasonal fresh ingredients sourced from around the world to bring you the taste of the sea. Here's a sample of ingredients we’ll use:. Ankimo (foie gras of the sea).

Reservations can be booked up to 30 days in advance. 8203;The maximum number of parties that can be booked is 4 people (for sushi bar) and 3 people (for table seat). For bookings of more than 4 people, please call the restaurant. Please allow approximately two hours of your time for the dining experience. The dress code is casual and comfortable. In the number of parties made less than 48hours. 6:00pm-11:00pm ( Monday - Thursday).

Tuesday, 30 December 2014. My friend from Edmonton was in town for the Christmas break and she sent me an article about Yasu. So we made reservations a month in advance for the $80 course meal with 18 pieces of sushi at Toronto's own 'Jiro Dreams of Sushi' experience. Cute transformed semi-detached house into a 12 seater restaurant. And so it begins:. Striped Jack from Japan. A nice start to the meal: very simple with a light dash of soy sauce.
