GLENMULLALY.COM...The BLOG!!!: Arcade!
http://glenmullaly.blogspot.com/2010/07/arcade.html
Sunday, July 11, 2010. Here's a sneak peek at an illustration based on a magazine spread I've just finished. This is actually an alternate version of a detail from the illustration, but I liked the image and wanted to see what it would look like on it's own. I'll post more about it when it hits the stands in a month or so. Posted by Glen Mullaly. August 4, 2010 at 7:29 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. GLENMULLALY.COM...The BLOG!!!: Ferry Fun!
http://glenmullaly.blogspot.com/2009/09/ferry-fun.html
Monday, September 28, 2009. Photo of The Spirit of British Columbia courtesy BC Ferries Corporation. In mid-September my fiancee and I took a day trip over to Vancouver. Necessitating (unless we wanted to fly, or grease up like the appropriately named Fin Donnelly. And swim the 45 kms across the Georgia Strait. He did it in under 9 hours! The normally 1 hour and 35 minute voyage via BC Ferries. See her fantasteriffic blog. For details of the trip itself. So as the ship sat still docked at 9:10pm, and as ...

GLENMULLALY.COM...The BLOG!!!: Animation Thursday!
http://glenmullaly.blogspot.com/2010/12/animation-thursday.html
Thursday, December 2, 2010. Today we depart from our usual format of Glencentric self promotion to showcase some exclusive, rare, and unusual animation finds recently unearthed by yours truly. We start off (above) with a still from the almost legendary short-lived GBS Saturday morning giant-transforming-robot show "Battle of the Truckbots™"(1984), an obvious rip-off of the highly successful "Convertors" series. Abra-Cat-Abra" (1956) was the third in a series of light-hearted cold war shorts produced by H...

Wednesday, June 9, 2010. I've just launched version 2.1 of the GlenMullaly.com. As well I'm splitting off a new blog. Glen Mullaly Illustration. To focus on the illustration and work-related side of things. This blog will still be active and updated (don't change that dial! But I'm discontinuing links from my new site to here and to my Flickr photostream and making these mostly for friends and family. But these sites will still be here and updated, just not advertised as such on the main website. The Gle...

GLENMULLALY.COM...The BLOG!!!: Happy Halloweek!
http://glenmullaly.blogspot.com/2007/10/happy-halloweek.html
Wednesday, October 24, 2007. With a week to go until Halloween I couldn't resist the orders from the blog overlords any longer. So without further ado herewith kindly peruse your baby blues on part one of a two part kooky kompendium - a scary 70s sampling if you will - of Halloween costumes from years past. How better to start this celebration of Halloween dressupedness than with a picture not from Halloween! Dig those crazee decorated bikes in the background. And today's final foto finds my sister ( gar...

GLENMULLALY.COM...The BLOG!!!: Go (To) British Co-lumbia!
http://glenmullaly.blogspot.com/2009/08/go-to-british-co-lumbia.html
Saturday, August 8, 2009. Go (To) British Co-lumbia! Go, British Col-umbia: by Bobby Gimby, BC Centennial '71 Committee, 1971. Produced by the talented Bobby Gimby. Of 1967's centennial song "Canada" fame this follow up (above) follows up with the exact same winning template that made his previous single a hit, Hit, HIT! Childrens chorus, singalong lyrics, infectious (but not in a swine flu sort of way) trumpet-lead beat, and kettle drums! How could miss with that tried and true formula? An earlier 1960s...

GLENMULLALY.COM...The BLOG!!!: The Glen Mullaly Super-Terrific Licensed Television and Motion Picture Shirts & T-Shirts of the 1970s Razzle Dazzle Retrospective Spectacular Pt.1!
http://glenmullaly.blogspot.com/2008/02/glen-mullaly-super-terrific-licensed.html
Thursday, February 7, 2008. The Glen Mullaly Super-Terrific Licensed Television and Motion Picture Shirts and T-Shirts of the 1970s Razzle Dazzle Retrospective Spectacular Pt.1! Part One : B.T.S.M. ( Before That Space Movie ). So it was serendipitous for our purposes that this trend coincided with my newly won right to choose, at least to some degree, the shirts I got to wear. Enough with the furshlugginer history lesson professor - let's see those goofy pictures! Underneath Jimmie's polyester visage.
