To Share What We Love :]. Thursday, April 30, 2009. Today Im going to post about the Annual Sports meet Heats. I ran 200m and 4x400m yesterday, Wednesday. 200m, I was in Heats 2. I had no confidence at first. But when I ran, I gained confidence every seconds. I managed to get 2nd, losing to the first by around 0.01-0.10 seconds.
