Saturday, September 27, 2014. I finally tried out this recipe I found on Pinterest several years ago. And it did not disappoint. I used the last of my Mom's summer peaches and it turned out wonderfully. I'm going to have to make it a lot more next summer! 3 peaches ( or nectarines. 4-5 TBSP sugar ( more or less depending on taste. Squeeze the lemons and set the juice aside. Peel the peaches, remove the pits, and dice. Puree the peaches and sugar well in a food processor. Add ice and enjoy!

They do have a bit more to them in making them but it is so worth it. I had my nieces over that night and we had these as a side for our dinner and they loved them; a big hit! 3 russet potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise into even sized wedges. 5 Tbsp. vegetable, canola or peanut oil, divided ( I may try olive oil or even coconut oil. Wednesday, March 20, 2013. It looks like a mess but is great. It was so good and the chicken so so tender. :) Mmmmmm. Try it out. I think you will love it! 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup. Place chicken in bottom of Crockpot. Peel potatoes, cube, and lay on top of chicken. Peel carrots, cut into 1-2 inch sections, and lay in Crockpot. Add soup over top and water. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours. Season with salt and pepper; serve. Monday, March 18, 2013. 4 medium carrots, chopped.
