Life is short Don't SCREW it". Thursday, March 20, 2014. Snow snow go away. It's been a while since my last entry. Been busy dealing with the weather here in New York. Weather here really is crazy, 10 inches snow comes almost every other week. My 1st snow shoveling experience, it's not fun! It's tiring and gives you back pain. All the cars parked outside were covered up by the snow. Even if you have a garage you still need to clear the pathway. Time to invest a snow blower. How do you like the snow now?

Our 1st trip to Turkey was the Turkish Riviera, well the only place that we could travel to during winter time, was heading south. Life is short Don't SCREW it". Wednesday, August 7, 2013. Sicily in a week - Palermo. From Trapani we took a bus(bus company Segesta) to Palermo about 1.5 hours ride. Time table on the bus stop. The ticket are not sold on board. Luckily the shop that does sell it just opposite the bus stop. Cost 9Euro / pax for one way. The view along the way was really beautiful. The symbol of Sicily, Trinacria. The 2 bent legs allegedly represent the 2 points of the triangular shape of the island of Sicily itself.

But it's my 1st time actually being here and i'm love it! From our hostel to Greenwich, it's pretty easy with the tube and monorail, all included in the 1 day ticket. i think? Here i wish everyone a wonderful and prosperous year ahead, and most importantly stay healthy :). May this horse year bloom like the flowers during spring. On our way to the Grand Canyon from Vegas we stopped over Hoover dam which was on the way so we had a short stop over since the weather was so nice and warm. View along the way. Cute ball shape shrub/ tumble weed. we even saw few tumble weeds being blown across the highway, just like in the old wild west movie.haha. Hoover Dam is on the border between Arizona and Nevada. The dam is quite dry. The water was pretty low. But really beautiful place.

This 2700 year old city is notably for its rich Greek culture and it's listed as UNESCO World heritage site. It's a lovely city, clean and not so crowded as in Palermo. Enna a relatively small town up on a hill, and if you see on the map it's roughly located at the center of Sicily.
