Friday, June 3, 2011. Mount Kinabalu Day 1. Mount Kinabalu 4095.2m. 20th tallest mountain in the world. In order to reach the peak, there are two routes to choose from ie Timpohon route and Mesilau route.Mesilau route is longer whereas Timpohon route has lotsssssss of stairssss.those that like to climb stairs can choose this route. trust me.you will. Wellwe chose Timpohon route (of coz.not because we like stairs that much.:P). Us at the Timpohon gate where we started our climb. If i hire the potter.

Tuesday, May 18, 2010. It's slightly less than 1 1/2 days before i be departing to S'pore. So,be visiting S'pore. First before departing to Cebu, Philippine. So be visiting 2 countries this time around. hehe. Oyathey even will pay around half of our air fare for us and provide us stay and food.well.everything looks nice now. Sunday, February 19, 2012. Life in kuala krai. What's my first sentences that came out from me when i know this name? Where is this place? How to spell it a? Wellmy fren even go beyond that by asking.dude.go check google map c.c got exists in google map or not? What's my 1st impressions when i reached kuala krai? Wellit reminds me of places i went b4.Kundasang,Ranau minus d dairy farm.:P. Those went to climb mt KK before should know how they looks like d.:P). Mountainous area,see lots of lorry passing by.

Tuesday, August 7, 2012. Almost 1 year.:). It's been nearly 1 year here.in a small small kampung. Live wasn't that bad afterall.quite frequently i met with some interesting patient,interesting stuff. I remembered there's once when i dispensing drug in opd,i ask one of a 60-ish old uncle where he stays to determine shud i give him more than 1 mth supply or more than that.then. The uncle answered me:'i stay in kampung XX'. Then i asked again.how u come to hospital then? Then wat time u start to walk then?

Wednesday, April 8, 2015. Gunung Yong Belar (7156 ft). Stage 1 : Flat terrain along the way from locked gate passing vegetable farm to trail head. (45mins). Uncountable false peaks towards the Camp Tudung Periuk (2 hours). Stage 3 : Long journey with mossy path reflecting 'Lord of the Ring' ambience towards Camp Kasut (4 hours). Stage 4 : Camp at Camp Kasut. The water source is located downhill about 10 minutes form camp Kasut. Water is brownnish, but if you really like cold water, take a bath there.
