Year 4/5 St Chad's. Sunday, 12 July 2015. Our topic this half term has been comparing an area in North America with our own area. We linked this to school's 'Britain and Beyond' week and chose the Commonwealth country of Canada. We each took a state to study and put together our own map of Canada. We presented our work for the school assembly at the end of 'Britain and Beyond' week. We looked at the art work of Canadian artist Ted Harrison, whose work was inspired by the sea.
