Wife, Pastor's Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, Friend, Hairstylist, Ministry Leader, Mentor, Aunt, Teacher, Student, Foster parent, Volunteer, etc. Every hat IS significant. One hat alone can be an umbrella in which so many other roles are encompassed. I think most of us wear multiple hats at a time; a few we never remove. With many hats, comes the need for BaLaNcE.
