We start heading down a hill, one that I have zoomed down many, many times in the past. However, instead of just coasting down the entirety of the hill, we were supposed to make a sharp right hand turn in the middle of it. 2011 is Officially the Year of Hardcore. Training for an Ironman. March 6, 2011. So, what I do know- my knee does not hurt AT ALL when I am playing Frisbee. I could run all day on a Frisbee field. That leaves me with a couple thoughts. 1-Terrain. Running on grass is easier on the knees than pavement. That doesn’t help me much, because I need to be able to run on pavement. 2- My cleats are different than my running shoes. Which leads me to the thought that I am going to try new shoes.

I decided to stop ignoring my brothers loving, well-intentioned texts and calls and just sit down with him (over the phone) and ask him to forgive me of my seemingly lack of support during this time.
