Monday, December 2, 2013. Jack decided last minute he wanted to be a Super Hero. We had the cape and mask, so I just had to come up with the rest of the outfit with less than 24 hours notice. It worked. First, he asked me to take a picture like this:. Then, he wanted one like this (his Super Hero face, I think.):. Then, I told him to put up his cuffs (which I had just stapled felt around his wrists.):. And, we also had a little Kangaroo on our hands. We met some friends in Fairhaven to Trick or Treat.

Sunday, November 10, 2013. Maelle turned 1 last week! I honestly cannot believe how quickly this last year has flown by. Adding another kiddo to the mix has 1) made time go by even faster and 2) made my brain a little fuller.making me late all the time and pretty forgetful. Monday, July 1, 2013. My sweet girl is 8 months old! I thought I'd be prepared the second time for how quickly time flies, but it seems to be going by even faster! Probably because I have two to keep up with now. Which is why my blogs are currently few and far between. Maelle is a pretty happy, laid back baby. She has been sitting up for over two months now. At first, I'd prop her up and she'd occasionally fall over. Now, she won't stay in one spot for long! Maelle is a total Mama's Girl (I love it!

Sunday, March 17, 2013. She's not sleeping quite as good as she had been. She is now aware when her mama's not holding her, so she doesn't sleep as soundly. We started two nights ago to put her in her crib at night to see if she'll sleep better, but it hasn't made too much of a difference yet. I'm still hopeful! Saturday, December 29, 2012. Finding and decorating our perfect Christmas tree. Jack was very "helpful.". Checking out the brand new movie theater.twice.can't beat $2 movies, popcorn and soda! Saturday, January 19, 2013. Maelle is almost 12 weeks old! I am yet again blown away by how quickly time flies by. My baby will be 4 in April. And my BABY is almost 3 months old! She is probably the nosiest baby I've ever met. She grunts, groans, sighs, snorts. I listen to it all night long, but I think I've finally gotten used to it. And she LOVES her big brother. Well, it's kind of a love/hate relationship. She loves him from afar, but is slightly fearful if he gets too close or too loud.

Wednesday, July 17, 2013. She figured out the whole crawling thing about a week ago and gets more and more confident every day! I was working on my swim schedule and all of the sudden she was next to me. When I tried to get her to do it for Daddy and Jack, she wouldn't do it. But the next day, she was all over the place.
