As promised, I’m back to give an update on how the first week of my three week intensive cleanse went. I guess the first point is that I survived! Apart from 5 cherry tomatoes, I was 100% perfect! Today with Ethan and some friends and it didn’t take long before I spotted a beautiful Long Haired German Shepherd!
