Simon Lambert & Sons. American Pale Ale ABV 6%. We’ve brewed a few APA’s this Winter, using big American hop varieties as as they arrive at the brewery. We’ve bittered this slightly orange pale ale with a load of Colombus and then a blend of Cascade, Azacca and Amarillo. After fermentation we dry hopped with a wee mountain of Simcoe.
