Thursday, April 18, 2013. Intentionality is Now a Word. Work Buddy #1 yesterday! I remember when I was engaged, I made a pact with myself that I would be very intentional with my time. My engagement was only 4 short months, so as soon as I got back home from the lake. The weekend after Matt proposed, I downloaded the LoseIt! I was SO dedicated to inputting my calories in and calories out and was able to drop 10. I also made sure to spend time with the Lord regularly trying to prepare myself for this event.
