When angry will make wrong decision.so must cool down. 人往往因为一时之气，失去了理智，而犯下不可弥补的错误。我们总喜欢用放大镜来看待负面的问题。其实我们每一天都面对数不尽的烦恼和挫折。这些烦恼和挫折让我们的情绪变得愤怒和懊恼，使问题变得更严重、更复杂。最后在缺乏理智和冷静的思考下作出错误的决定。 控制情绪的最好法门是忍耐，是宽容。忍一时风平浪静，退一步海阔天空，自觉的忍耐，理智的让，不是退缩，不是无能，不是放弃原则，而是一种策略，一种智慧，一种境界。记得，下一次你要生气失控时，深深吸一口气，缓缓数一数－1，2，3，4，5，6，7，8，9，10. 搶攻國會
上月底西子灣的觀光交通問題再度成為媒體焦點，直接的導火線是中山大學決定對前來西子灣的大型遊覽車停車位進行總量管制，造成排不到車位的遊覽車流竄到附近哨船頭、哈瑪星社區，引發居民及團體抗議。但是追究問題根源，該檢討的是長久以來政府在推動觀光發展時，一向缺乏社區參與，以致於無法從永續與公平角度兼顧觀光與社區發展。 哨船頭、哈瑪星社區是高雄最早的現代化發源地，其街道規劃保留日治時期尺度與天然的彎曲地形，並不適合大型遊覽車出入。但過去數年來隨著中國低價團一窩峰前往西子灣免費看夕陽的觀光模式出現，社區居民被迫承受遊覽車「經過」的外部成本。只不過因為中山大學停車場幾無限制地吸收一台接一台的遊覽車，使得市府得以忽略、拖延回應居民零星的抗議。每日超過200輛的遊覽車（且超過八成集中在傍晚看夕陽時段），就如溫水煮青蛙般地侵害著居民應有的生活品質、步行尊嚴與交通安全。 進一步我們要問的是，為什麼政府發展觀光時常會忽略社區權益及在地人珍視的價值？政府在構築它的觀光藍圖時，有徵詢過居民和社區團體意見嗎？哈瑪星其實是個擁有豐富在地及文史團體的社區，但長久以來居民...更遺憾的是在居民「阻街」快閃抗爭後&...12300;共識...
