I would like to thank. In little under an hour, my first book,. Is a year old. It's been such a great year, one that has whizzed by unrecognisably. I would like to thank. Happy 2014. A much nicer year in number than 2013 - I'm stupidly, irrationally superstitious - but I hope 2014 brings more of the nice things that occurred last year. So just a quick writing update, as it's already become a busy month. My first piece for Canadian magazine, Penguin Eggs. Is out now: a profile of the vocally sublime, fiddly-fantastic, Jackie Oates. I'm so chuffed to be invited to write for the magazine, it's a good one. For future issues of FiddleOn.

Hanumanasana Workshop 12th June 2016. The ability to do the Hanumanasana/Front Split is an incredible achievement. For those of us who did not start as teenagers or have a particular talent in this direction, it can, and often is, a never-ending journey. 8221; Dr Christoph Seiland. During the workshop, Christoph will guide students to explore methods outside of the field of traditional yoga practice that are allowing for the development of mobility rather than simply flexibility, which is worthless.
