I have a back-log of post topics (including 2 recipes), but I thought I would write about my recent yeast experiment. I've acquired a 13 gallon brew kettle which means I can now brew 10 gallon batches. So, I thought it would be fun to repeat the 15 Mile IPA. Wednesday, June 8, 2011. Its been a long while since I've put anything up on here, so I figured I'd give a bit of an update. Today is 9 weeks to the day since I had my "big" surgery. If you get a mesothelioma in your chest, its gonna kill you, probably pretty quickly. If you get a mesothelioma in your pelvis, its probably not gonna kill you.
